These Terms govern your use of Klori, a nutrition-tracking app in beta operated by an individual developer (the "Operator") in the Philippines. By creating an account or using Klori, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Klori. If you are 16 or 17, you confirm a parent or guardian permits your use and accepts these Terms on your behalf.
Klori is provided "as is" and "as available" for testing. It may change, contain bugs, be interrupted, or lose data. There is no service-level or uptime guarantee. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Klori provides general informational tools only and is not medical or nutrition advice. Calorie and macro estimates are approximations. Always consult a qualified professional before making health, diet, or medical decisions. Do not rely on Klori for medical needs.
Much of Klori's food and recipe data is contributed by users and is not independently verified by us. Nutritional values may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important values against official labels or trusted sources.
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
You keep ownership of content you submit (foods, ingredients, recipes, comments). By submitting it, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content to other users as part of operating Klori. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.
You agree not to:
User-submitted content is reviewed before it becomes broadly visible, and automated checks run regularly. Content that breaks these Terms or the Community Guidelines may be hidden or removed. Removal of your content results in a strike; repeated strikes lead to a temporary suspension of your ability to submit content (currently 30 days). Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
You can report content in the app. We review reports and may act on them at our discretion.
Klori's name, design, and software belong to the Operator. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the app.
Google, Facebook, USDA FoodData Central, and Open Food Facts have their own terms, which also apply when you use those features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klori is provided without warranties of any kind, and the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on community data or from use of a beta service.
You agree to indemnify the Operator against claims arising from content you submit or your misuse of the app.
You may stop using Klori and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Philippine courts.
We may update these Terms and will change the version above; continued use after a material change means you accept the update.
